The role is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of the Compliance Framework, ensuring enterprise-wide adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, and embedding a strong compliance and ethical culture across the organisation. The Compliance Manager plays a critical second-line leadership role, with direct responsibility for regulatory engagement, compliance risk management, policy governance, Anti-Financial Crimes compliance, and management reporting.
