Job Summary
To support the Finance Manager/Financial Controller and the CFO in executing and completing financial reporting operations of InfraCredit.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing periodic management reports
- Assist the Finance Manager/Financial Controller with matters relating to annual statutory external audit
- Assist the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in the preparation of the annual budget
- Monitor expenditure against budget headings and report any variances across all expense heads to the Finance Manager/Financial Controller.
- Ensure remittance of all taxes and statutory deductions to the relevant agencies as at when due
- Review of invoices in respect of guarantee fees and reimbursables
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures before processing
- Periodic review of reconciliations of general ledgers report
- Track all bank deposits and payments and ensure periodic reconciliation of all bank accounts with the internal general ledgers
- Support the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in the preparation of Management Performance Review (MPR) report and organization of MPR meetings
- Support the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in management of account receivables and payables
- Carry out periodic revaluation of FX- denominated financial assets and liabilities
- Ensure that InfraCredit’s financial obligations to capital providers are settled as at when due without any breach
- Support the HR Team in processing payroll and other staff allowances and benefits
- Ensure all financial transactions are posted accurately.
- Any other tasks to be assigned by the Finance Manager/Financial Controller
- Supervising and working closely with the Finance Officer to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualification Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of audit, accounting and finance experience
- BSc. Degree in finance or accounting, or a relevant discipline. Professional qualifications in accounting (ACCA, ACA etc.) are an added advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and work activities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong internet research skills
- Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and data entry skills are required
- Mastery of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Good business/report writing and presentation skills
- Professional, enthusiastic attitude, team player
- Proven ability to deliver high quality customer service
- Project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
